Terms of service

Agreement

Bidstore is operated by Deeporax AI Ltd, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom. Using the site — browsing the board, placing a bid, or joining the partner program — means you agree to these terms and to the Rules page, which is part of this agreement.

The service

Bidstore is one public leaderboard for iOS apps. Position is decided by the dollar amount attached to a listing — nothing else. There is no account, no editorial and no algorithm; see Rules for exactly how ranking works.

Listing content — icon, name, description, rating and screenshots — is pulled from Apple's public App Store lookup at bid time. You cannot supply your own copy or images, and Bidstore does not vouch for the accuracy of what Apple returns.

Bidding & payment

A bid opens at $5, moves in $1 steps, and is capped at $999,999. Stripe Checkout handles payment; Bidstore never receives or stores your card details. Your rank is claimed only once Stripe confirms payment — not before.

Payment and dispute handling — including when a charge is fixed versus when it isn't, and what happens if you file a chargeback — are set out on the Rules page under “Payments & disputes,” and that section is part of these terms, not separate from them.

Partner program

Joining the partner program is optional. Referrals are attributed through a cookie set when someone visits your link, lasting 60 days. You earn 90% of the net amount (after payment fees) on a bid placed under that attribution.

A new earning is held for 7 days before it becomes available, so a refund inside that window reverses it. We may decline or reclaim a handle that impersonates someone, collides with an existing route, or is used to abuse the program — for example, referring your own bids to draw a payout. Payouts, once available, are sent through Stripe.

Acceptable use

We may remove a listing or a partner account that violates these terms, including a listing for an app that is pulled from the App Store — see Rules.

No warranty, limited liability

Bidstore is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the board, the checkout, or the partner dashboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given moment. To the extent the law allows, Bidstore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as Bidstore changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
